Frequently Asked questions

  • You can rent by the day, week, or month from Steadfast. Our daily rentals can be used up to 8 hours per day. Additional fees may apply if the agreed upon rental time is exceeded. Hours of use may vary by the rental company.

  • Both! You can do whatever works for you. We do have a $175 delivery and pickup fee per two pieces of equipment your rent and need delivered.

  • Yes, we do provide pickup and drop off, it’s $175 per pickup and or delivery per two pieces of rental equipment. If you have more than two pieces call us for a customized quote.

  • No. The shortest we offer is one day but if you complete your project early there are no restrictions on returning equipment earlier than the rental hours you initially requested.

  • You will need to provide your own crew and operators. We do not provide operators but if you have a construction project underway and need some referrals please call us and we will do our best to help get you to a professional that may be able to help with your construction needs.

  • Just taxes! We don’t add on any additional or have any hidden fees. We do take a $300 deposit for each piece of machinery that is rented and once it’s returned in working condition we do refund your deposit. If you are to break or ruin the equipment you would be liable for any repairs up to and including replacement for any damages that were made by you.

  • Easy! You can rent any of heavy machinery online or you can call us and we can get a quote to your inbox for approval.

  • Yes, we do have a refundable $300 deposit for each piece of equipment you rent. Once it is returned, in good, working condition we will issue a refund for the deposit.

  • The equipment would be covered by our general liability insurance. However, if the equipment is damaged due to faulty use or tampering you would be liable to cover any damages.

  • If the equipment is to quit working or not be working to it’s full potential you need to notify us immediately and we will send a tech out to asses the situation.

  • No. However, we do have the manuals and safety equipment guidelines here.

  • You would need to contact us immediately so we could extend your rental or work with you. If you do not, you will be charged a per day fee until the rental is returned.
