  • No, our shortest rental period is one day. However, if you finish your project early, you're welcome to return the equipment at any time before your scheduled rental period ends, there are no restrictions.

  • Absolutely! We can provide an operator for an additional fee. Our standard operating rate is $125 per hour, which is separate from the equipment rental cost. We’re happy to discuss your needs and work within your budget when possible. If you prefer to operate the equipment yourself, we offer a quick tutorial upon delivery to help you get familiar with safe operation.

  • Just taxes, no hidden fees! We require a $150 deposit for each piece of equipment rented, which is fully refundable when the equipment is returned in its original condition. However, if any damage occurs, you would be responsible for repair costs, up to and including full replacement if necessary.

  • Yes, we require a refundable $150 deposit for each piece of equipment rented. Once the equipment is returned in good working condition, your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Our equipment is covered under our general liability insurance. However, if damage occurs due to misuse, tampering, or improper operation, you would be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs.

  • If the equipment stops working or isn’t functioning properly, please notify us immediately. We will dispatch a technician to assess the issue. If the equipment cannot be repaired on site, we will replace it with a similar machine if one is available. If a replacement isn’t possible, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

  • No, a certification is not required. However, we provide equipment manuals and safety guidelines for your reference. Upon delivery, we also offer a quick tutorial to ensure you feel confident operating the equipment safely. If you have any questions, we’re always here to help!

  • If you need to extend your rental, please contact us immediately so we can update your agreement. If the rental is not extended in advance, a per day fee will be charged until the equipment is returned.

  • Yes, you should have a basic understanding of how the equipment operates. Each machine has instructional stickers with directions and safety guidelines, and we also provide manuals and safety information. While we’re happy to assist and answer any questions, the proper and safe operation of the equipment is ultimately your responsibility.

  • We don’t have set business hours, our phone is answered 24/7! We’re available to work evenings, weekends, or whenever you need us to accommodate your schedule.

  • A valid ID or driver’s license is required to prevent fraud and confirm the identity of the renter. Unfortunately, some individuals don’t have good intentions, so this policy helps us ensure that our equipment is rented securely and responsibly.

  • No, we do not offer credit at this time. However, we do accept credit cards for your convenience. Offering credit is something we may explore in the future.

  • Yes! If you initially pick up the equipment but later need us to handle the pickup, we can arrange that for you. A pickup fee will apply based on your location. Just let us know, and we’ll schedule it for you.
